Ingredients:
- 4 tsp Cashew nuts
- Cottage Cheese
- Green peas
- 3 tsp sesame seeds
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Freshly grounded Garam masala (If not available Garam masala power can also be used)
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp Fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt to taste
- whipped cream for garnishing
Preparation:
1. Soak cashew nuts in warm water for half an hour. Mix cashew nuts and sesame seeds together in a blender and grind to make a smooth paste.
2. Make tomato puree of 3 tomatoes.
3. Heat oil in a wok (pan), add garam masala and tomato puree. Cook till tomato puree start leaving oil.

5. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook for 3 to 4 Min.
6. Add water, mix and cook for 5 Min.
7.Add Cottage Cheese (Paneer) , green peas, salt, Fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi) and cook for 5 Min.
8. Finally add some whipped cream.
How to make tomato puree at home -
To make tomato puree just chop tomatoes in to a quarters and add to blender and grind to make a smooth puree.
5. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook for 3 to 4 Min.
6. Add water, mix and cook for 5 Min.
7.Add Cottage Cheese (Paneer) , green peas, salt, Fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi) and cook for 5 Min.
8. Finally add some whipped cream.
How to make tomato puree at home -
To make tomato puree just chop tomatoes in to a quarters and add to blender and grind to make a smooth puree.
